Not much happens in Oak Grove, Minnesota and Holly knows this more than anyone. When she was in High School she had dreams of leaving the small town she was born and raised in, but now she was pregnant with no way out. Feeling like she has no other options, Holly decides to stay in Oak Grove with Roy, her abusive boyfriend and her baby's father. Each soul is given one day to return to Earth and intervene in the baby's life in whatever way they see fit. Dorothy is the first to take the leap and she decides to intervene even before the baby is born. Now Dorothy has one day to save a life and in doing so, change the world.

Such an easy read and lovely story. I could not stop reading this story and was left wanting more. Sure hope there is sequel soon.
